This Earth Week, help the Center for Sustainability's Thrift Store get ready for the annual Move Out event!
Volunteers will assist with tasks such as:
- Organizing the back stock and storage space in Centennial Towers and determining which items will be sold at store, what needs to be donated to a local nonprofit, and what needs to be discarded.
- Relocating items from the storage space in Centennial Towers to the store in Centennial Halls.
By assisting with this project, you will help to advance and promote sustainable and regenerative practices on campus, including advancing a circular economy that is less harmful to humans, other species, and the planet.
As a thank you from the Center, you will get to take home one item from the space! Trust us, there's a lot of nice stuff in there. :)
