Join us in making the University of Denver Class of 1974’s 50 Year Reunion Weekend an unforgettable experience! Taking place on June 14-15, 2024, this special weekend offers alumni the chance to reconnect with old friends, share cherished memories, and explore the vibrant spirit of DU through a series of engaging in-person events.
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us extend a warm welcome to our reunion attendees on Saturday, June 15. As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and Welcoming: Extend a friendly welcome to guests as they arrive in Lot L, setting a positive tone for their reunion experience.
- Assisting with Transportation: Provide assistance by transporting guests via golf cart from Lot L to the south Ritchie Center entrance, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
- Guiding and Directing: Offer guidance and direction to guests from the south Ritchie Center entrance to the Gottesfeld Room, helping them navigate the venue with ease.
Specific roles will be assigned and communicated the week of the event, and comprehensive training and necessary supplies will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped for success.
