We are delighted to bring back the Atlanta Network day of service, Day of DUing, this spring. Members of the DU community are invited to help clean up the Atlanta Beltway from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. The Day of DUing is organized by Atlanta Network Leaders, Jane Adamson and Todd Ford.
You can lend your hands and heart to keep Atlanta BeltLine trails and parks clean and beautiful. You, your family, and your close friends can volunteer to pick up litter on a day and at a location that is convenient for you. Bug repellant, trash pickers, trash bags, gloves, water, and a first aid kit will be provided to volunteers. When you’re finished, place your collected trash bags next to – not inside of – a trash can along the trail.
Use the hashtag #beltlineclean and #dayofDUing when you post your photos to social media so everyone can share in your tremendous accomplishment. Hopefully, it will encourage more people to head out for a clean-up of their own! Thank you so much in advance for helping to keep Atlanta and the Atlanta BeltLine beautiful.
