Are you ready to make a difference? Grab your family and friends and join the University of Denver for the first annual Alumni Weekend Day of Service on Saturday, May 20 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. MT.
You will kick off the morning with coffee and light refreshments at the Burwell Center before heading over to the campus green for the second annual Langar@DU.
At this fun and inclusive event, community members will gather to celebrate while enjoying food, music, and intercultural, family-friendly activities. In the tradition of langar, members of the DU community will connect while enjoying a free, vegetarian Indian meal.
Day of Service volunteers will assist with chopping vegetables, assembling wraps, and staffing the food line and helping to hand out food to event attendees. Onsite training and guidance will be provided, as well as all the meal supplies. Just bring yourself and a smile!
