Retired faculty/staff and alumni who graduated fifty or more years ago come together each year during commencement weekend to discover exciting updates to campus and welcome the class of 1973 into the PALs network.
We are seeking volunteers to assist with checking in Emeritus Tea attendees as they arrive on campus Friday, June 9.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive on campus.
- Hand out name tags as guests arrive outside the Community Commons building room 1700.
- Escort guests into the room and encourage them to find a seat.
Specific roles will be finalized and communicated the week of the event. Training and supplies will be provided.
