Retired faculty/staff and alumni who graduated fifty or more years ago come together each year during commencement weekend to discover exciting updates to campus and welcome the class of 1973 into the PALs network.
We are seeking volunteers to assist with welcoming Emeritus Tea attendees as they arrive on campus Friday, June 9.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive in Lot E
- Scanning guest parking passes in Lot E
- Guiding and directing guests from Lot E to Community Commons
- Transport guests via golf cart from Lot E to Community Commons, as needed.
Specific roles will be finalized and communicated the week of the event. Training and supplies will be provided.
