Are you a Graduate School of Social Work (GSSW) alumnus/a? Do you enjoy connecting with students and sharing your personal, professional, and educational journey? We’re looking for passionate GSSW alumni to provide insight to prospective students about where a social degree can lead, and share their experiences studying at DU.
For prospective students, someone who has already graduated from the program is a powerful resource. As an alumnus/a, you can not only give general information, but insider information like “why did you come here,” “what classes did you like best,” and even “which dining hall has the best food?” You can offer real, tangible testimonials that impact a student’s decision to inquire, apply, and eventually enroll.
Meetings can take place in person, virtually via Zoom, or on the phone, depending on your preference and schedule. Express interest and we will be in touch with more information and next steps.
