The Etiquette Dinner is a fun event that helps students feel more confident and prepared for the meals they will likely attend in their careers or job search.
At the event, students will learn the basics of dining etiquette while enjoying a 3-course meal and gaining tips from staff presenters, alumni table hosts, and peer leaders.
We are seeking alumni to serve as table hosts. Table hosts will share their 30-second elevator speeches with student attendees to model this skill, guide conversation in the presentation, and answer student questions during the meal. There will be two hosts per table - one peer leader, and one alumnus/a. Table hosts are asked commit to the full event timeframe of 5:30-8:00 p.m. MT.
A 30-minute virtual orientation will be provided to all interested alumni table hosts a few days prior to the Etiquette Dinner.
