Who We Are: 

In partnership with and in support of CAHSS, the CAHSS Alumni Council offers its experience, expertise and energy to the leadership of the college to enrich the CAHSS communities. The Council will cultivate, inspire and collaborate with the community of CAHSS alumni, students, faculty and friends convey support and enthusiasm for the college and university, encourage professional growth and connection of CAHSS communities and celebrate the impact of alumni in our communities.

 

What We Do: 

We achieve this mission by fostering relationships, celebrating the community, and investing in ongoing personal and professional development, engaging alumni and leveraging the many opportunities the University has to make a difference in our communities. This volunteer-based organization is part of the University of Denver – College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. The CAHSS Alumni Council will support activities organized by the CAHSS Dean’s Office and University of Denver – Advancement. The council is not a legal entity; it does not create any right or duty of binding nature to be enforceable by a court of law. All functions of the council will be in alignment with and routed through the Dean’s office.

 

Council members are recruited year round and selected at the discretion of the Dean. Membership term is 4 years and requires participation in two on campus meetings per year and calls throughout the year. For more information, contact Erin Dietrich at erin.dietrich@du.edu.
