We're looking for CWC/TWC alumnae who are interested in becoming CWC/TWC Network Leaders. A CWC Network Leader is an alumna who works alongside other CWC/TWC alumnae in partnership with DU to create ongoing, meaningful engagement opportunities and helps strengthen bridges between their network and the University.
As a CWC/TWC Network Leader, your activities support DU's global networks by facilitating meaningful communications, connections, experiences, and volunteer leadership opportunities to ensure the ongoing engagement with the CWC community in your network.
A CWC/TWC Network Leader's responsibilities can be as little or as much as you want them to be! You can work with a group of other CWC/TWC Network Leaders and volunteers in a variety of ways that fit your schedule and interests, such as the following:
- Form an informal network committee with other CWC/TWC Network Leaders to bring consistent engagement to your regional CWC/TWC cohort
- Attend quarterly Network Leaders calls to get campus news and information on upcoming events, help brainstorm new ways to connect and engage your network, as well as connect with other DU Network Leaders across the country.
- Engage with and support current CWC Leadership Scholars students
- Organize in-person or virtual CWC alumnae events (e.g., study abroad reunions, social hours, community events)
- Provide mentorship to current students or recent graduates of the CWC Leadership Scholars Program
- Help us clean-up CWC data - make phone calls, send emails or snail mail to gather up to date information on CWC/TWC sisters
- Engage with the CWCAA board
