Engage with undergraduate students enrolled in a Job and Internship course by participating in one-on-one, in-person informational interviews on campus.
Students in this course range from first-years to graduating seniors and represent majors across DU, including Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, the Ritchie School of Engineering and Computer Science, and the Daniels College of Business.
As a volunteer, you’ll help students build confidence and practice professional conversations by sharing your own career story, answering student questions, and offering constructive feedback on their informational interviewing skills. You’re also welcome to share any career insights or guidance relevant to the student’s interests.
No previous experience as a recruiter, interviewer, or career advisor is required. All training and materials will be provided in advance.
If you have any questions, please contact course instructor Marissa Ronquillo at marissa.ronquillo@du.edu
