AANHPI: Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Network
For DU alumni, students, faculty, staff, and external community members of all cultural identities, AANHPI connects those with a passion to community-build within the AANHPI community through providing opportunities for networking, professional development, and mentorship.
AANHPI is currently recruiting two co-chairs. The chair(s) works in partnership with an Alumni Engagement Staff liaison. The chair(s) are responsible for planning, scheduling and leading network meetings and functions, often serving as a master of ceremonies at social functions and meetings. The chair(s) are also encouraged to recruit a leadership team that includes, but is not limited to: co-chair, communications chair, and student engagement chair. This leadership opportunity can be adjusted to your availability and schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing a variety of events and programs that engage the AANHPI community.
- Organizing at least one social event per quarter.
- Attending at least 50% of all network planned events.
