As part of the University of Denver Earth Week celebrations, we invite you to join us for a meaningful initiative – the Montbello Park Enhancement Project! This volunteer project aims to beautify and maintain one of our Denver Parks while promoting environmental stewardship and community engagement.
What to Expect:
- Your Role: Volunteers will mulch trees, remove debris in the park, weed garden beds, and rake pine needles away from trees. Your efforts will help ensure that Montbello Central Park remains beautiful and well-maintained.
- Make a Difference: By participating in this clean-up effort, you'll directly contribute to enhancing the beauty and ecological health of our campus environment.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for gardening.
- Gardening gloves (if you have them) to protect your hands.
- Water bottle to stay hydrated.
- A copy of your completed waiver.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm!
