DU’s Signature Homecoming program, HocktoberFEST, returns bigger, better, and more inclusive to our whole community. More than 2,000 guests will gather on campus to connect with each other, sample the culinary offerings at the food trucks and beer garden and explore the bounce house and other family-friendly activities.
Staff and volunteers are needed to assist with greeting and registering attendees as they arrive. These individuals play an essential role in ensuring that guests have a pleasant and stress-free experience navigating campus and entering HocktoberFESTival.
Specific tasks include:
- Managing the registration line
- Checking in pre-registered attendees via the OnArrival app
- Handing out event wristbands and food/drink vouchers
- Assisting those who have not yet registered to sign up and purchase tickets onsite
Training and day-of support will be provided, as well as complimentary parking and a food voucher. All you need to bring is yourself, a flexible attitude, and a smile!
